OVERVIEW
​For the benefit of enhancing the child care and wellness facilities within the historic YMCA in downtown Nazareth, serving as the Owner's Representative, at the earliest stage of the project's development, which entailed:
- Assisting the establishment of the program statement, budget and overall time frame.
- Managed the solicitation of the necessary professionals, consultants, and contractors.
- Oversaw the selective demolition and building assessment necessary for the professionals to accurately complete the conceptual design and engineering.
​- Managed relationships with local authorities and utility providers as the project developed.
​- Documented the project's development for reference and file.
